Flower Delivery Information
If you order online by 5:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (Arabian Standard Time), we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Saturday through Friday, or you may also visit our nearest branch to place your order and we will happily arrange it for you right away. For orders scheduled for delivery, please provide 3-4 hours prior to expected time of delivery for us to process and prepare your floral needs.
Delivery Times and Specific Time Request:
Same day deliveries must be received by 3pm AST (Arabia Standard Time), orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.
We deliver flowers:
8:30 am to 9:30pm Saturday to Thursday
4:30 pm to 9:00pm on Fridays
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery at an exact time.
You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to deliver within the time frame, but we cannot guarantee delivery except for regular delivery times.
During major flower holidays such as Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, our florists operate extended hours and will be open until the last customer leaves.
If we are unable to arrange for delivery on an order requested before our shop opens, we may setup delivery a day before, including Birthday and Anniversary orders.
In the event that a product arrives early, the recipient can enjoy the gift early, but we are unable to offer a discount based on early deliveries .
For all Delivery orders within Doha, our minimum spend is 300QR.
While minimum Delivery orders for outside Doha, Dukhan, Al Khor, Lusail, and Cuban is 1,000QR.
Please note that prices during Major Flower Holidays including Valentines, Mother's Day, Eid etc. may change without prior notice.
ONE-TIME DELIVERY POLICY
Since our delivery fee is free of charge, please note that we will only deliver once. Should the recipient be not available in the delivery address upon delivery, we reserve the right to request the recipient to pick the items up instead, unless order was mentioned to be left elsewhere by the customer should the recipient be not available.
Requests to be Left Elsewhere Aside from the Recipient
Please note that should you wish to leave the arrangement elsewhere (i.e. hotel concierge), Gardenia Flowers will not be held liable for any issues that may arise right after the order has been delivered to the area instructed.
Do kindly consider, however, before leaving instructions, that temperature in Doha during Summer days (May- September) are quite too high especially during afternoon which normally hits from 43-52 degrees Celsius (110-127 degrees Fahrenheit), which can affect the quality of flowers.
Recipient May Be Contacted
In most cases, our drivers may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
In the event that the gift is meant to be for a "Surprise", please provide an alternate contact person who can help locate the recipient and provide necessary directions.
For business deliveries, if the recipient is not there, the business is closed, and a delay in the delivery will hence be unavoidable, then the delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Please note: the florist may call the recipient to schedule the delivery.
Recipient Requesting Name for Unsigned Gift Item
In the event that the recipient contacts us for the information of the sender, we will need to disclose the first and last name of the sender only, without consent. Should they request for other details such as mailing address or contact information of the customer, we will gladly contact you first and seek approval to disclose the said information through your email. We will give full disclosure of the customer's details if and only if contacted by law enforcement or if a subpoena has been issued
Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
We guarantee fresh and beautiful floral arrangements and quality gifts that will make your recipient smile. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may always drop us a message for us to improve our services better in the future.
We accept the following Debit cards:
Consumers making purchases must have a valid Debit card. Debit cards may be processed at the time the order is placed.
You may also visit our nearest branch for cash payments, as much as we accept cash-on-delivery provided the delivery address where payment will be made should be the same. Please note that our florist will not process the order without full payment except for cash-on-delivery purchases.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. For big/ bulk orders, cancellations will only be entertained a week before or until items initially requested are yet to be purchased and prepared. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call +974 44441424.
Processing Cancellation for Credit Card/Debit Card usually takes 45 days to process as per Banking Policy.
At GARDENIA we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.
Flowers or Chocolate in a Vase or Container
Sometimes it is necessary to substitute a different style, size or color of a vase or container on flower or chocolate deliveries.
Styrofoam, Wood Stand and Souvenir Items
Availability of the Souvenir Items, Styrofoam and Wood Stand may subject to change. All our arrangement are made to order. We required at least 2-3 days to prepare the item.
Some of our arrangements include a teddy bear. We will make every effort to deliver the style and color of the bear shown, however, we may need to substitute another color or style of bear if the one shown is not available.
Substitutions for Special Occasions
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and funerals on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
Prices shown below product images are the base price for the item. Many products are available in Regular, Deluxe, and Premium sizes that you can upgrade to.
Pricing for Holidays:
Some items increase in price around major holidays. If the price increases for the holiday you will notice the change when you choose a date that is near a major flower holiday. If the price does not go up then the item does not increase in price for the holidays. Please note that price increase are due to our supplier’s increase in sales charge and no further fee is being added in our services.
At Gardenia Flowers, we offer same day flower delivery at no additional charge.
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the exact message that is sent with the gift.
Weather effecting florist delivered products:
Severe weather conditions or other acts of God may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.
